This function will return a list of domain users and their active/inactive status.

===Input Parameters===
Three strings, and one result array of strings:
Administrative username,
Administrative password,
Domain name,

User array (as in: list[0]="user1, 1", list[1]="user2, 0" ...) 1=active, 0=inactive

===Return Values===
If successful, the return value of the function will be 1.
