This function will set the user time zone. A list of acceptable time zone values may be obtained using [[GetTimeZoneVals()]]. Please see that page for a time zone value list from 14 December 2005.

Five strings and one result integer:
Administrative username,
Administrative password,
Domain name,
User ID (the portion of the email address before the @ symbol),
Timezone ("none" to set it same as server, America/New York),

Result (int)
===Return Values===
If successful, the return value of the function will be 1.
