This function will return a list of domain users and whether or not they have a user-level safelist in place.

Input Parameters

Three strings, and one result string:

   Administrative username,
   Administrative password,
   Domain name,
   Active info (as in: "user1, 1 [crlf] user2, 0 [crlf]" ...) 1=has user-level safelist, 0=no user-level safelist

Return Values

If successful, the return value of the function will be 1.
