This function will return the list of admin usernames associated with the subaccount number provided.
Parameters
Four strings:
Administrative username, Administrative password, Subaccount number,
Admin listing ("admin1 [crlf] admin2 [crlf]...”)
Return Values
If successful, the return value of the function will be 1.
The admin listing will hold a list of admins associated with the account number.
Consult the Result Code Table for a list of result codes and their meaning.
