This function will remove entries to the existing IP address blacklist for a given domain.  Blacklist entries can be specific hosts (like "10.167.10.21") or simple ranges through the use of the % wildcard (like "10.167.10.%").

This function will remove entries to the existing IP address blacklist for a given domain. Blacklist entries can be specific hosts (like "10.167.10.21") or simple ranges through the use of the % wildcard (like "10.167.10.%").

Parameters

Four strings:

   Administrative username,
   Administrative password,
   Domain name,
   IP black list (formatted as "[entry]crlf[entry]crlf...")

Return Values

If successful, the return value of the function will be 1.
