Running the following command:

wsdl2ruby.rb --wsdl https://admin.webmail.us/mailaccounts/mailaccounts.wsdl --type client

This will generate the following list of files.

mailaccounts.rb
mailaccountsClient.rb
mailaccountsDriver.rb
mailaccountsMappingRegistry.rb

Here is the sample code for CheckUserAvailable:
