GetEMSubscriberLimit()

This function will return the current number of subscriber email addresses and the maximum number of subscriber email addresses associated with a subaccount for the Email Marketing / Outreach product.

Parameters

Three strings of input, three integers of output:

   "ResellerUsername" (the administrative user for the API),
   "ResellerPassword",
   "SubaccountNumber",
   
   "Result",
   "numSubscribers" (number of unique email addresses),
   "maxNumSubscribers" (upper limit of permitted subscribers for this subaccount)

Return Values

If successful, the return value of "Result" from the function will be 1.
