GetDomainSpamBlackList()

This function will report the domain's blacklist.

Parameters

Three strings, one result string:

   Administrative username,
   Administrative password,
   Domain name,

   Black list (comma delimited list of domain names and email addresses to be considered as spam)

Return Values

If successful, the return value of the function will be 1.
