GetDomainSpamSafeList()

This function will report the domain safelist for the domain.

Parameters

Three strings, one result string:

   Administrative username,
   Administrative password,
   Domain name,

   Safe list (comma delimited list of domain names and email addresses)

Return Values

If successful, the return value of the function will be 1.

If successful, the safelist will be populated with the safelist.
