This function has been deprecated.

This function will send an email to all users on a domain.

Input Parameters

Seven strings: 

   Administrative username,
   Administrative password,
   Domain name,
   Name of sender,
   Reply-to address,
   Mail subject,
   Body text of email message

Return Values

If successful, the return value of the function will be 1.

Consult the Result Code Table for a list of result codes and their meaning.
