Subaccount ChangeAdminPassword()

This function will change the password of an administrator.

Parameters

Five strings:

   Administrative username,
   Administrative password,
   Subaccount number,
   Admin username to be reset,
   New password

Return Values

If successful, the return value of the function will be 1.
